Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of the Acumatica Knowledge MCP website and public MCP endpoint.
Service
Acumatica Knowledge MCP provides read-only reference context for compatible AI clients. The service may include documentation, DAC metadata, OData metadata, Contract-Based REST metadata, and Generic Inquiry XML examples.
Use
You may use the service for lawful reference and development workflows. You may not abuse, disrupt, overload, resell, or misrepresent the service, or use it to violate another party's rights.
No Tenant Actions
The service is a knowledge server. It does not connect to your Acumatica tenant, import Generic Inquiry XML, perform live automation, or validate tenant-specific configuration.
Availability
The service is provided as available and may change, pause, throttle, or stop without notice. We may apply rate limits or block traffic that appears unsafe or abusive.
Ownership
Acumatica names, product references, and source materials belong to their respective owners. This service is not an official Acumatica product unless separately stated.
Warranty
The service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
